He/She/They is the brand representative of ISS Guckenheimer for the team and for the client.Success CriteriaMonitor and ensure:Kitchen organization and cleanliness provides a safe environment for all employees and guestWorkplace Safety guidelines, policies, and SOPs are followed dailyFood Safety guidelines, policies, and SOPs are followed dailyMenu guidelines, policies, and SOPs are followed dailyProducts are labeled accurately according to the labeling SOPAll HACCP guidelines, policies, and SOPs are followed dailyAll internal audit guidelines, policies, and SOPs are followed dailyMaintain a consistent passing score on your internal audit each quarterEnsure immediate corrective actions are given, and documented when workplace safety and sanitation guidelines, policies, and procedures are not being followedIdeal Candidate Experience Culinary Arts degree, preferred3+ years of culinary experience in a similar volume food service or restaurant establishmentFood service training with experience in food preparation techniques according to HACCP processes and recommendationsUnderstands restaurant merchandising and marketing for service preparation and presentationEffectively communicate and present information to customers, clients and employeesGeneral computer skills including working knowledge of Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Excel, OutlookBilingual in English/Spanish preferredManager ServSafe Certified or ability to be certified immediately after hireThis role requires a valid Driver's License and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, as operating a company vehicle is an essential responsibility in this position. Key AccountabilitiesOversee the purchasing, preparation, and execution of high-quality, cost-effective food serviceHire, train, and schedule staff. Participate in corporate training and be involved in staff development programsPrepare and maintain accurate and timely accounting and financial records within your operating budgetMaintain sanitary and safe operation in accordance with Federal, State, and local health regulations. This includes following HACCP guidelines to prevent food borne illnessesRepresent the company in a courteous, friendly manner. Engage with your customers, listen to feedback, and make changes to better meet the needs of both clients and customersPhysical Demands & Work EnvironmentWork up to 8 hours a day on your feet, excluding breaksMust be able to lift a minimum of 25 poundsCome to work properly dressed according to the dress codeEmployee must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periodsHSEQ Compliance: All employees must adhere to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment. The annual salary range for this position is $78000.00 per year - $82000.00 per year.
