Role Description
We're looking for an exceptional HR Business Partner leader to help shape the next chapter of AfterShip. This role is an opportunity to build a vision for our HRBP function, ensuring the People team is involved in strategic conversations that shape the future of the company.
- Partner closely with the VP People and executive team to evolve the organization alongside the business.
- Influence team structures, talent investment, and leadership growth.
- Help leaders make better organizational decisions and build a trusted HRBP function.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, primarily supporting US-based organizations.
- Experience in high-growth startups or scale-ups and larger structured organizations.
- Strong track record partnering with VP and executive-level leaders on strategic decisions.
- Deep experience in organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management.
- Professional fluency in both Mandarin and English.

- Ability to connect people decisions to business outcomes.
- Comfortable solving ambiguous problems and building paths while walking them.
- Build trust through sound judgment and practical advice.
- Comfortable having candid conversations and challenging assumptions respectfully.
