Action Roofing is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop our residential sales team throughout Southeast Florida. Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop high-performing residential roofing sales representatives
• Coach and mentor sales professionals through ride-alongs, field training, and one-on-one coaching
• Drive accountability through performance metrics, KPIs, and regular sales meetings
• Develop strategies to increase close rates, revenue, and overall team performance
• Monitor pipeline activity and ensure CRM accuracy
• Work closely with executive leadership to achieve regional growth objectives
• Assist with complex customer consultations and high-value sales opportunities
• Maintain a positive, competitive, and customer-focused sales culture
• Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the sales process

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a residential roofing sales team
• Demonstrated success recruiting, coaching, and developing top-performing sales professionals
• Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills
• Track record of consistently exceeding sales goals
• Experience managing KPIs, forecasting, and CRM systems
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel throughout Southeast Florida

Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses
