Speech Language Pathologist Work From Home | Louisiana

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist role is available supporting telespeech and teletherapy services within a school setting near New Orleans, LA. This contract position spans the 2026-2027 academic year, with a start date in early August and completion in late May.


Responsibilities include delivering speech-language pathology services remotely, utilizing teletherapy platforms to assess and treat students. Candidates will manage caseloads to meet individualized education plan (IEP) goals and collaborate with educators and families to support student communication development. Specific caseload details and assigned schools will be determined.


Qualifications and experience sought:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active state license to practice as an SLP
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) required
• Experience providing teletherapy or telespeech services is essential
• Ability to complete district HR credentialing forms within required timelines

This full-time opportunity requires availability for 35 hours per week, structured as seven-hour days with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. The role is contingent upon school board contract renewal anticipated in early June 2026.
