Senior Director, HEOR/RWE - GI
Revolution Medicines
Revolution Medicines seeks a Senior Director of HEOR/RWE for gastrointestinal oncology to develop and execute health economics and real-world evidence strategies supporting pancreatic and colorectal cancer assets. This leader will demonstrate product value to healthcare organizations, align evidence generation across functions, and represent the company at industry forums.
Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve HEOR/RWE strategy aligned with medical and market access planning
- Lead evidence generation activities to support pancreatic and colorectal cancer products
- Establish and maintain partnerships with payers, HTA agencies, and healthcare consortia
- Present research findings and value propositions to internal and external stakeholders
- Provide HEOR expertise and strategic guidance on matrix teams and working groups
Requirements
- Extensive HEOR/RWE strategy development and execution experience in oncology
- Demonstrated success leading global evidence generation programs
- Strong relationships with payers, HTA agencies, and healthcare organizations
- Expertise in Integrated Evidence Plan development and implementation
- Ability to translate complex health economics data for diverse stakeholders
- Experience collaborating across medical affairs, development, and market access functions
