Whether answering phones or greeting customers in person, you set the tone for each guest’s experience—and that matters. This is more than a front desk role. What You’ll Do: Greet all guests with professionalism and warmth Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system Provide general dealership information and support guest inquiries Assist the sales team and managers with administrative needs Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area Complete daily reports and schedules as assigned Requirements What We’re Looking For: Excellent communication in English & Spanish Customer service skills Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail Reliable and punctual with a team-first mindset Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as part of a rotating schedule Schedule: Full-Time | Shifts vary between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM Includes evenings and Saturdays One weekday off | Closed Sundays Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off Opportunities for advancement within Vaughan Automotive If you take pride in creating a great first impression and want to be part of a dealership that values your contribution, we’d love to hear from you.
