Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and devise personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques tailored to promote personal growth, emotional healing, and relationship improvement.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals, monitor their progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.

• Document all therapeutic interactions in our electronic health record system, adhering to best practices for confidentiality and ethics.

• Engage in regular supervision and professional development to hone your skills and remain informed on current best practices in marriage and family therapy.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on best practices and innovative strategies to enhance patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing high-quality care to diverse individuals, couples, and families. You will have the opportunity to work with various populations, including both adults and youth, addressing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma recovery. Understanding and respecting the unique backgrounds and needs of each client will be paramount in your approach.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Full licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California is mandatory.

• Two or more years of clinical experience in a relevant setting is essential.

• Demonstrable experience in providing therapy to adult clients and/or children and adolescents is preferred.

• Experience in conducting group therapy or workshops is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, accompanied by a sign-on bonus to welcome you aboard.
