National Sales Executive - Multi-Location Commercial Services - Base Salary to 125k/year - Holmes, PA

• Our client, a growing commercial services organization, is seeking a National Sales Executive to develop new business with multi-location brands across the country. The company provides comprehensive solutions for commercial customers, supported by an experienced internal team that manages quoting, project management, operations, and fulfillment after opportunities are secured.
• This is an outbound B2B business development role focused on building a sales pipeline from the ground up through prospecting, cold calling, target-account development, and structured outreach. The National Sales Executive will work directly with company leadership to develop target lists, test outreach strategies, track results, and establish a repeatable sales process focused primarily on national and multi-location accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new business with national and regional multi-location companies, including retailers, restaurant chains, medical groups, fitness brands, grocery companies, and other commercial organizations.
• Build a B2B sales pipeline through cold calling, email prospecting, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, lead generation, and other outbound business development activities.
• Research and develop target-account and prospect lists for national, regional, multi-location, multi-site, and multi-unit organizations.
• Identify and connect with decision-makers in corporate real estate, construction, facilities, facility management, purchasing, procurement, and brand management.
• Secure initial meetings, qualify opportunities, and manage longer sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.
• Partner with company leadership to understand client needs, develop solutions, prepare proposals, and advance opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Transition secured accounts to an experienced internal team responsible for quoting, project management, operations, and fulfillment.
• Maintain relationships with new clients and identify additional locations, account expansion opportunities, and repeat business.
• Develop target-account lists, outbound prospecting systems, sales KPIs, and CRM processes in partnership with company leadership.
• Track prospecting activity, pipeline development, follow-up, opportunities, and sales results within the CRM.
• Document and refine outbound sales processes and a repeatable sales playbook.
• Pursue primarily national accounts while also identifying select regional opportunities in the Greater Philadelphia market.
• Attend prospect meetings, site visits, customer visits, and select industry events as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven B2B sales and new business development experience generating opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, and target-account development rather than relying primarily on inbound leads.
• Experience building prospect lists, executing structured outbound sales campaigns, and developing a sales pipeline from scratch.
• Experience selling products or services to multi-location, multi-site, multi-unit, national account, regional account, or other complex commercial customers.
• Experience managing longer B2B sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Experience selling building products, commercial construction services, facility services, retail fixtures, commercial lighting, security systems, access control, signage, or other products or services to retailers, restaurant chains, medical groups, fitness brands, grocery companies, or similar commercial customers.
• Experience using CRM systems to document prospecting activity, opportunities, pipeline movement, follow-up, and sales results.
• Able to work in the Holmes, PA office approximately two days per week during the initial onboarding and development period.

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 80k - 125k/year range, based on experience and demonstrated sales success.
• Guaranteed first-year commission structure to help support the transition through the initial sales ramp.
• Strong long-term commission potential as new national accounts produce repeat business across additional locations.
• Expected earnings can grow to approximately $120,000–$150,000 as the book develops, with longer-term earning potential of $180,000–$200,000+ based on performance.
