Construction Project Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and maintain project plan in accordance with project requirements and customer expectations Provide direction to project team to ensure successful completion of project plan Coordinate with team to determine potential value engineering opportunities for the project Generate detailed bid packages and award subcontracts to qualified vendor Develop and deliver project progress reports Manage progress against established project milestones Proactively identify and manage project risk Maintain and grow existing customer relationships Other duties as assigned REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or closely related At least five years of experience in construction or closely related industry Excellent time management and organizational skills Proficient understanding of manufacturing and construction processes Strong knowledge of general business practices, building codes and engineering principles Ability to travel up to 10% within North America Lean manufacturing experience preferred WHAT WE OFFER Comprehensive Benefits Package (medical, dental, vision, & prescription options) Paid Time Off (PTO) 8 Paid Company Holidays 401k & Roth with Generous Company Match Adoption Assistance Company-Paid Short-Term Disability Insurance Tuition & Professional Development Reimbursement Hybrid Work Environment (qualifying roles) #J-18808-Ljbffr
