Job Description

The Preconstruction Manager' s Responsibilities:

Lead ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery.
Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, change orders, and client communication.
Oversee site development, structural work, MEP coordination, and critical building systems.
Collaborate with owners, design teams, and trade partners to deliver successful, high-quality project

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Preconstruction manager will have:

5+ years of construction project management experience leading large-scale ground-up commercial projects, with experience in healthcare, senior living, assisted living, memory care, or multifamily preferred.
Proven success managing projects from site development through final turnover, including budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, and client relationships.
Experience coordinating complex building systems, MEP scopes, utilities, and structural components including foundations, underground utilities, fire/life-safety systems, and concrete structures.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive projects forward and build strong relationships with owners, teams, and trade partners.
