Growth Marketing Manager

Type: 3–6 Month Contract-to-Hire

Position Summary

Seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and pipeline growth through outbound marketing, automation, and data-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to increase qualified leads and pipeline.
• Build targeted prospect lists and manage outbound email campaigns using Clay and Apollo.
• Create compelling email copy, sequences, and personalized campaigns.
• Manage marketing automation, audience segmentation, and CRM workflows.
• Leverage Salesforce and Chili Piper to improve lead management and conversion.
• Analyze campaign performance, test strategies, and optimize results.
• Support weekly reporting and identify opportunities to improve growth and marketing efficiency.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, outbound marketing, or marketing automation.
• Strong outbound email, copywriting, and automation experience.
• Hands-on experience with Clay, Apollo, Salesforce, and Chili Piper.
• Data-driven approach to campaign optimization and lead generation.
• Ability to work independently and manage initiatives from strategy through execution.

The salary range for this position is $40 to $50 an hour. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
