Our client is a global FMCG organization focused on driving growth through commercial strategy, innovation, and market leadership. As the business continues to invest in its U.S. operations, they are seeking a Head of Pricing Strategy to join their team in Raleigh, NC.
Your new role
As the Head of Pricing Strategy, you will transform Pricing into a strategic growth engine for a multi-billion-dollar category. You'll shape pricing architecture, RGM capability and long-term commercial strategy, while leading a team that can influence important business decisions at the highest levels of the organization.
What you will need to succeed
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 6+ years of relevant experience in pricing, Revenue Growth Management, strategic insights, commercial strategy, trade marketing or a similar discipline within FMCG.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience turning insights into business recommendations
• Experience with pricing, forecasting, financial modeling, and business performance analysis
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders
• Leadership experience and a passion for developing teams
• Advanced Excel and data visualization skills
