CT Technologist - Weekend Option

Role: CT Technologist responsible for delivering safe, high-quality imaging and providing a supportive patient experience at a hospital setting. Key Responsibilities Perform CT procedures following department guidelines, capturing diagnostic images with technical expertise. Operate imaging equipment safely, adjusting techniques to maintain quality while minimizing radiation exposure (ALARA). Maintain cleanliness and functionality of rooms and equipment, report issues promptly. Obtain patient history, verify orders, and ensure patient safety and comfort using AIDET communication. Administer contrast and perform exams with proper techniques, ensuring diagnostic quality. Review images, make necessary corrections, and finalize studies in RIS/PACS systems. Monitor patient condition, respond to emergencies, and support infection control protocols. Organize workflow, support departmental operations, and ensure compliance with regulations. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. Minimum 1 year radiology experience. Certifications: ARRT-R (Radiography), ARRT-CT (Computed Tomography), BLS (Basic Life Support).
