HR Director/Payroll is an integral position in our administrative team. A candidate needs to be motivated to create improvement, be very involved in hiring & onboarding staff as well as maintain a good rapport with the team. HR Director/Payroll Duties Day-to-day payroll duties and functions. Ensuring all necessary onboarding documents & orientation for new employees. Managing all aspects of time clock and payroll processing through the facility established system. Helping with all hiring & recruiting needs, completing reference checks and arranging interviews for qualified applicants for positions to be filled. Completing necessary benefit information for employees during the termination process. Benefits Salary plus bonuses. Opportunity for growth. Great work environment. Medical, dental & vision benefits. Vacation, sick & holiday pay. Qualities We’re Looking For Minimum one (1) year HR/Payroll experience in healthcare or similar services industry. Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office.
