You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product to support Sales, high-quality meetings and activations and high ROI. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Pipeline Acceleration
- Operate Tier 1 events as a primary demand generation channel. Support the shift of focus from "brand awareness" to measurable growth in pipeline generation and acceleration.
- Own the strategy for maximizing face-to-face time. Work with Sales leadership and field marketing to pre-book prospect and customer meetings, executive dinners, and ancillary networking events. Ensure dedicated meeting rooms are utilized effectively to accelerate deals/host executive meetings.
- Asset with using AI-driven insights and tools to enhance the prospect/customer experience, using data to personalize pre-event outreach and ensure precise onsite meeting matchmaking.

- Source, negotiate with, and manage external agencies and vendors (fabricators, AV, F&B, hotels, etc) to deliver high-quality production within budget.
- Define and track clear KPIs for every event, including booth scans, MQLs, conversions, meetings booked, and pipeline influence. Move beyond any vanity metrics to report on true business impact. Responsible for all metrics updated and current in Salesforce.
