Sr. Bilingual HR SpecialistInsight Global is seeking a Sr. Bilingual HR Specialist to join the team due to an immediate vacancy. This individual will play a key role in supporting HR operations across both the manufacturing plant and corporate office. The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working directly with hourly employees in a dynamic environment.Required Skills & Experience:3-5+ years of experience in HRExperience working with hourly staffTech savvyGood soft skills/professionalismBilingual in Spanish (reading & writing)Autonomous thinker (problem solver, etc)Nice to Have Skills & Experience:Associates DegreeManufacturing/Construction/banking industry experienceSchedule & Work Environment:Monday–Friday with flexible hours Must be available after the second shift at the plant (starting around 1pm) Fully onsite role with time split between plant floor and corporate HQ
