Position Title: Reports To: President / Chief Executive Officer Location: Fairfield, NJ (Corporate Headquarters) Position Summary: Wallington Plumbing & Heating Supply Co., Inc. is seeking a dynamic, growth-oriented Sales Manager to lead and execute the Company's sales strategy across the organization and market segments. The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales initiatives that drive revenue growth, increase market share, improve customer retention, and strengthen customer relationships throughout New Jersey and the surrounding market area. This executive leadership role will oversee all sales-related functions, including Outside Sales, Business Development, Strategic Accounts, Pricing Strategy, Customer Growth Initiatives, and Marketing Alignment. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in Revenue Growth Management, Coaching & Mentoring Team Members, Cross Functional Leadership, maximizing CRM Utilization and will be expected to develop a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability, profitability, and customer success. MBA preferred but not required. Experience Required: Minimum 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience. Minimum 5 years managing multi-location sales organizations. Demonstrated success by leading teams generating significant annual revenue. Experience managing outside sales, business development, and strategic account teams. Experience with CRM systems and sales performance measurement.
