Salary: $57,700 - 57,700 per year Requirements:

• We need at least three years of hands-on experience in Windows administration and troubleshooting in enterprise settings.
• We require at least three years of experience supporting complex IP network environments, including routing and switching.
• We need at least three years of experience configuring routing protocols and resolving network issues across different platforms.
• We require at least three years of experience installing, configuring, and maintaining IP-based video surveillance systems.
• We need at least three years of experience managing and optimizing Video Management System platforms for surveillance deployments.
• We require at least three years of experience deploying and supporting Linux-based systems, including command-line utilities and scripting.
• We need a strong grasp of Windows networking.
• We require a thorough understanding of IP networks.
• We need a basic understanding of routing.
• We require proficiency with IP camera systems.
• We need solid Linux knowledge.
• Preferred certifications include Milestone Certified Integration Technician and Certified Wireless Network Administrator.

• We answer support tickets from end users quickly and effectively.
• We troubleshoot login problems and guide users back into the system.
• We add new users and configure their access correctly.
• We adjust user permission levels based on role requirements.
• We resolve hardware issues, including camera faults and connectivity problems.
• We identify and fix network outages affecting IP camera system performance.
• We work with users to determine the root cause of network issues and deliver timely resolutions.
• We configure cameras for best performance, including angle adjustments and preset creation.
• We set up preset camera positions for specific end-user needs.
• We onboard newly installed IP cameras into the Video Management System.
• We tune streaming protocols to match network requirements and maintain high-quality video delivery.
• We create and manage user accounts and profiles according to system requirements.
• We organize view groups to support individual client workflows.
• We continuously monitor network performance and status to keep video and data flowing smoothly.
• We respond rapidly to outages to reduce downtime and service disruptions.
• We add new systems into our monitoring environment to maintain visibility across all components.
• We track network and bandwidth usage to spot issues before they affect performance.
• We support field installation teams remotely by preparing servers and applying quality controls.
• We provision new cameras on remote servers for seamless integration.
• We monitor server health and status to ensure stable operation.
• We enable remote viewing access for authorized users.
• We download and archive post-event video footage for secure future access.
