Rain is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to help deliver exceptional support for Rain's platform and integrations. You will work directly with fintechs, platforms, and partners building card programs and stablecoin products, troubleshooting API integrations and resolving issues that touch real money movement at scale. In this role you will own incidents in a 24x7 environment, triage and communicate clearly with clients and internal teams, and contribute to knowledge bases and troubleshooting #J-18808-Ljbffr Doist
