First Klass Enterprises is hiring dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Janitorial/Custodial Technicians to join our team. We are looking for individuals with prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience who take pride in providing quality service.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize commercial buildings.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dusting.
- Empty trash and replace liners.
- Clean restrooms and replenish supplies.
- Clean furniture, walls, equipment, and other surfaces.
- Shampoo or steam clean carpets as needed.
- Use cleaning solutions safely.
- Follow company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience required.
- Floor care experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Strong attention to details.
- Good time management skills.
- Basic English communication skills.
Schedule
- Full-Time and Part-Time
- Monday–Friday
