Real Estate Associate Attorney

to join a highly respected Am Law firm.

3+ years Direct Counsel is working with a top-tier Am Law 100 firm to identify a Real Estate Associate for its Boston office. This is a strong opportunity to join a Chambers-ranked real estate practice handling sophisticated, large-scale transactions for a diverse and high-profile client base. About the Practice: The firm’s real estate group represents domestic and international clients across a broad spectrum of asset classes, including multifamily, industrial, office, retail, data centers/digital infrastructure, and sustainable energy projects. Clients include private equity fund managers, family offices, and Fortune 50–500 companies. Key Responsibilities: Support complex commercial real estate transactions, including:

Acquisitions and dispositions Joint ventures Financing transactions Leasing matters

Review and negotiate loan documents, purchase agreements, and leases Advise clients throughout the full lifecycle of real estate transactions Collaborate closely with a national team while also handling matters independently Qualifications: 3+ years of commercial real estate experience Experience representing owners, investors, developers, lenders, landlords, and tenants Strong familiarity with transactional workflows and documentation Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of organization, attention to detail, and professionalism JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school Admission or eligibility for admission in Massachusetts Work Environment: Hybrid schedule with approximately 60% in-office presence Compensation: Base salary range: $260,000 – $365,000 Bonus eligible with comprehensive benefits package
