Our client, a leading company in the waste management industry, is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join their team. The company is committed to providing top-tier waste collection and recycling services, and the Dispatcher plays a critical role in ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating the daily activities of the waste collection team, ensuring that all routes are covered and services are completed on time. This role involves assigning routes, managing schedules, communicating with drivers, and handling customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and experience in logistics or a related field.

Key responsibilities include route assignment, communication, schedule management, customer service, record keeping, problem solving, compliance, and collaboration.

Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years of experience in dispatching, logistics, or a related field, preferably within the waste management industry. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional training or certification in logistics or dispatching is a plus. Skills include strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions, proficiency in using dispatch software, GPS systems, and other relevant tools, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. A valid driver's license is required.
