Position Type: Part-Time

$16 - $18 / hr base pay; plus commission

beem™ Light Sauna is looking for a Wellness Sales Associate who eats, sleeps, and breathes sales — someone who doesn't wait for members to walk through the door, but goes out and finds them. If you're competitive, self-motivated, and get a rush from closing a membership, we want to talk to you.

This isn't a role for someone who's content to greet guests and hope for the best. We need someone proactive, bold, and relentless about generating leads and driving revenue every single day.

What You'll Do

Your core job is selling memberships. Everything else supports that mission.

• Proactively generate new leads daily — walk-ins, referrals, local partnerships, social outreach, community events, whatever it takes to build the pipeline
• Confidently pitch and close membership packages , treating every guest interaction as a sales opportunity, not just a courtesy
• Act as a bold brand ambassador, educating guests on light therapy while steering the conversation toward membership value
• Greet and guide members with warmth — but never lose sight of the close
• Host events and drive community outreach specifically to convert new leads into paying members
• Handle front desk duties (phones, check-ins, admin) efficiently so more time goes toward selling
• Keep the studio clean and guest-ready between appointments
• Bring new sales ideas and promotions to team meetings — we want a self-starter who pitches strategies, not just executes them
• Build member loyalty and referrals through standout service that keeps the pipeline growing

Requirements

• Proven sales experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets (membership, fitness, or wellness sales strongly preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to generate your own leads, not just work ones handed to you
• Strong closing skills and comfort with direct, confident selling
• Comfortable learning and speaking persuasively about light therapy and wellness technology
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and events
• Willingness to handle light cleaning and administrative tasks between sales activity
