Adhere to our company-specific playbooks and weekly schedules to ensure consistent operations. Minimum of two years of sales experience and at least two years as a Mortgage Loan Processor. ** Strong phone presentation skills and ability to build client relationships.** Experience with CRM/CMS systems, preferably HubSpot.** Ability to make sound judgments on credit decisions, funding, and post-close issues.** Phone conversation with our Recruiter** Zoom interview with a Team Leader and Administrative Staff** TRAINING: Mandatory two-week training period for all new hires.
