As a Virginia Licensed Loan Officer, the full-time remote Executive Loan Officer will guide clients through the mortgage process from application to closing, build relationships with referral sources, and provide expert consultation on loan products to help clients achieve their financial goals. Key responsibilities Assist clients throughout the loan process, addressing concerns and ensuring a smooth experience Build and maintain relationships with real estate professionals and clients to drive referrals and revenue Consult with clients to analyze financial situations and recommend appropriate loan products Required qualifications Experience in mortgage loan origination State and federal licenses required Proven track record of obtaining referrals and generating lead volume Strong professional communication and time management skills Critical thinking and strategic planning abilities
