Georgia Licensed Loan Officer Assistant

Assisting loan officers in a hybrid remote capacity, the full-time Georgia Licensed Loan Officer Assistant will gather and review loan application documents, communicate with clients, and prepare loan files for processing and underwriting. Key responsibilities Assist loan officers in gathering and reviewing loan application documents Communicate with clients to obtain necessary information and provide updates on loan status Prepare and organize loan files for processing and underwriting Required qualifications At least 2 years of experience in a loan processing or administrative role, preferably in the mortgage industry Proficient in Encompass and Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and loan processing procedures Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously High-energy and positive attitude
