About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Engineering to play a pivotal role in driving engineering execution, structuring workstreams, and building a high-performing engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for turning product and technical direction into reliable delivery, ensuring the team ships effectively and consistently. This role requires a strong technical foundation in system architecture, as well as the ability to help manage engineering workstreams, support technical decisions, and lead global engineering hiring efforts. Key responsibilities for the Head of Engineering include contributing to key architecture discussions, supporting engineers in system design and implementation, and ensuring that systems are scalable and maintainable. The role also involves building and scaling a strong engineering team across multiple regions, recruiting high-quality engineers, and establishing structured hiring processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in software engineering and system architecture, experience in managing or leading engineering teams, and the ability to maintain development velocity while upholding high engineering standards. Clear communication, strong judgment in technical decision-making, and the ability to work across teams are essential, as is the comfort of operating in early-stage environments.
