• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples efficiently for testing when necessary.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all lab procedures, while guiding and training new staff or students to uphold laboratory excellence.
• Foster a safe and compliant laboratory environment, adhering to all pertinent regulations and accreditation standards.

Your Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, accompanied by preparation for ASCP or AMT certification.

Certification Requirements

• Acquire ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within your first year of employment.
• Maintain all necessary certifications throughout your tenure with us.
