Sorter Associate

Wood Dale, IL
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
$18.50/hr

Job Overview:

We are hiring a Sorter Associate to operate computerized inspection machines and support production. This is a hands-on, machine-focused role requiring attention to detail and basic math skills.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate sorting/inspection machines
• Load/unload materials and sort products
• Remove defective items and ensure quality standards
• Maintain clean work area and record production data
• Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 2–5 years warehouse/manufacturing experience preferred
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused

Extras:

• Forklift experience a plus
• Overtime may be required
