For over 50 years, these partners have relied on Financial Pacific to provide them with innovative financing solutions for their customers.About the Role:Collections Agents are first-party collectors responsible for maintaining acceptable effective collection percentages on 1-30 day delinquent accounts. Effectively communicating with both internal and external customers to resolve delinquent contracts. Utilizing all internal and external resources available to establish contact, identify appropriate courses of resolution to protect the Company's interest and to execute the resolution plan in a timely manner.About You:High School Diploma or GED requiredPrevious Collection experience preferredMust present oneself in a professional mannerMust be proactive and adhere to all company policies including Bank Secrecy Act and compliance regulationsMust maintain confidentiality of all company informationMust provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, partners, and all levels of staffMust have working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)Strong data entry skillsThe pay range for this role is $18.00 – $22.00.The pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location.
