Principal Onboarding Manager

Job Overview Compensation: $110,000-$130,000. Location: Hybrid – Omaha, NE or Remote – United States. Responsibilities Own onboarding for top-tier and named accounts from kickoff through value realization. Design and lead tailored onboarding plans, including complex configurations and data migrations. Facilitate executive workshops, training sessions, and on-site engagements that drive adoption. Partner with account management to identify and support expansion opportunities. Mentor onboarding peers and share best practices across the team. Document customer progress and insights using internal tools to ensure smooth handoffs. Partner with internal teams and occasionally travel domestically to ensure a seamless, value-driven onboarding experience. Embrace using AI as a tool to enhance your work, while remaining open to learning, applying critical thinking, and owning the quality of your final work. Qualifications 6+ years of SaaS customer onboarding, implementation, or similar project management experience required. Bachelor’s degree required. Construction industry experience is a strong plus. Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder engagements. Strong executive communication skills and the ability to simplify technical concepts. Proven experience managing multiple projects with structured implementation methods. Skilled in data migration, system configuration, and tools like Salesforce or Gainsight.
