Speech-Language Pathologist (2026-2027 School Year)

Location: Taylor, MI 48180

Start/End Date: 2026-2027 School Year

Grade Levels: TBD - caseloads are currently being assessed for next school year, so there are several opportunities to work with students across a variety of ages and abilities.

Salary Range: $57,500 - $75,000 annualized salary, based on experience and qualifications.

We are excited to continue our partnership with a supportive district that is proactively hiring Speech-Language Pathologists for the upcoming school year. This role offers strong team collaboration and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students. Caseload details are currently being finalized; however, the district is eager to begin interviewing to identify the right fit as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

· Provide full-time speech and language therapy services, Monday-Friday.

· Conduct evaluations, develop individualized educational plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions to address speech and language developmental needs.

· Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support students’ communication skills across both classroom and individual settings.

· Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders.

· Utilize IEP system for management and compliance.

· Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities.

· Enjoy a dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning.

Qualifications

· Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or in the process of completing).

· Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Michigan (LARA).

· Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain CCC-SLP.
