Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for elderly residents, evaluating their unique psychological, emotional, and social needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to formulate, implement, and evaluate personalized care plans for geriatric clients.
