Responsibilities

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with NADCA members
• Lead content management for social media platforms
• Provide graphic design support as needed
• Handle incoming phone calls and correspondence, routing inquiries to the appropriate teammate
• Serve as the team's champion for the IMIS database
• Manage general office tasks, including ordering supplies, handling publication shipments, and preparing Board Books, Meeting Minutes, and Meeting Invitations
• Support the President with schedule management, particularly around advocacy efforts

Minimum Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Gmail, and basic computer software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proper grammar and spelling
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize shifting tasks
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Self-sufficient, well-organized, and dependable in meeting deadlines
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
• Prior experience in the die casting industry or a related trade/membership association
• Experience with database management systems (e.g., IMIS)
• Prior experience supporting social media content or executive scheduling
