Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health strengths, challenges, and resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting measurable goals and tailored intervention strategies.

• Engage in interprofessional collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including risk assessment and safety planning, to clients in need of immediate support.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards in mental health care.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, enhancing the therapeutic experience and promoting client engagement.

Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
