SUMMARY OF POSITION: Responsible for all activities for quality operations of Metal Case Assembly.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Assembly of metal cases including insertion of rivets, brackets, and miscellaneous hardware.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and documentation.
• Testing, inspection, and packaging of product.
• Metal finishing, prototype running, and other metal case production work.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Once employee demonstrates competency in position, he/she may be required to train others in similar roles.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-marking, work quality, and to reduce costs. The successful candidate must be able to identify appropriate AI use cases and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED required. Previous manufacturing experience using small hand tools preferred.

SKILLS: Good hand and eye coordination. Ability to read blueprints, calipers, and micrometers.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time (for Maintenance & Receiving only). The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high, in some areas.
