Development Project Manager

Job Title: Development Project Manager Location: Can work in one of the offices listed below: Dallas, TX Houston, TX Tulsa, OK Denver, CO Phoenix, AZ Chicago, IL Type: Direct Hire Contractor Work Model: Remote within division office locations / hybrid work environment Responsibilities Manage development projects through planning, design, permitting, and construction phases. Coordinate civil engineering consultants, geotechnical consultants, potholing consultants, and other development vendors. Oversee site development activities while also managing broader project development responsibilities. Collaborate with division offices and cross-functional teams to support project execution. Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables. Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met across multiple active developments. Review development plans, reports, and consultant deliverables for accuracy and compliance. Identify and resolve project issues related to site development, permitting, and coordination. Maintain communication with municipalities, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Support continuous project flow and operational efficiency across development initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate Development, or related field preferred. Minimum 7 years of relevant development/project management experience required. Experience managing development or site development projects in commercial, retail, or land development environments. Strong understanding of civil engineering coordination, permitting, and construction processes. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Experience working with external consultants and cross-functional internal teams.
