Job Description
RN - MS/Telemetry Float

Schedule

Minimum 3 shifts per 13-week contract. Weekend requirement: Every other weekend or 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule minimum (Saturday/Sunday); includes holiday rotation.

Assignment Details

Contract length: 13 weeks.

Requirements

• 2 years of RN experience required.
• BCLS (BLS) and ACLS certifications required.
• Telemetry experience required.
• IV start and maintenance skills required.
• Experience with rapid response/code teams preferred.
• NIHSS certification preferred.
• Charting system: EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in medical-surgical, telemetry, oncology, neuro, cardiology, and renal units.
• Monitor telemetry and interpret dysrhythmias.
• Administer medications and manage IV fluid therapy.
• Perform wound care and feeding tube management.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration for patient care.
• Participate in rapid response and code team situations.

Compliance / Notes

Max 7 days of RTO per 13-week contract (7+ days requires manager approval). No RTO allowed during the first week of assignment. Pre-start modules required.
