Construction Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in the US The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing construction projects preferably in the US This is a part-time position with flexible working hours Responsibilities Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects including budget timeline and quality control Coordinate with contractors subcontractors and other project stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects Review and approve project plans designs and specifications Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project milestones are met Maintain accurate project documentation and report progress to senior management Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures Requirements Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and equipment Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Proficient in project management software We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per week for this part-time position In addition we provide free visa sponsorship and travel expenses for the selected candidate We are an equal opportunity employer #J-18808-Ljbffr AdminBridge
