Attorney - Employment Defense

Base Salary:

$225,000–$280,000+ plus bonus and Benefits
The Firm:

A leading management-side labor and employment defense practice representing employers in complex workplace litigation, wage-and-hour disputes and employment counseling. The firm offers associates the opportunity to work on sophisticated matters while developing their litigation skills and building strong client relationships.
Requirements:

4 - 7+ years of strictly management-side labor and employment defense experience, with an active California Bar license in good standing.
Experience handling employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage-and-hour disputes, PAGA claims and class actions.
Strong litigation and client counseling skills, including drafting motions, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, court appearances and advising employers on workplace issues.
Competitive base salary of $225,000–$280,000+ plus bonus and Benefits depending on experience, with bonus opportunities linked to billable hours and performance.
