This role is critical to ensuring that goods and services are sourced in a timely, cost-effective, and compliant manner. The ideal candidate will bring strong negotiation skills, organizational discipline, and the ability to collaborate with both vendors and internal teams. What you will be doing:

• Procurement Strategy: Assist in developing purchasing plans, researching potential suppliers, and coordinating the full procurement cycle.
• Contracts & Agreements: Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with vendors; draft and process purchase orders and work agreements.
• Vendor Partnerships: Build and maintain productive relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable delivery and competitive value.
• Financial Alignment: Monitor budgets and spending to ensure procurement activities meet cost targets and organizational needs.
• Policy & Compliance: Ensure all procurement actions are aligned with internal policies and relevant external regulations.
• Recordkeeping & Reporting: Maintain accurate files for contracts, purchase orders, and invoices, and prepare reports as required.

• Strong negotiation abilities and the confidence to manage supplier discussions.
• Clear communication skills, with the ability to liaise across teams and external partners.
• Analytical mindset for reviewing data, comparing pricing, and spotting trends.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Comfort with procurement platforms or related business software.
