Our portfolio of solutions includes the iMIS Engagement Management System, TopClass LMS, OpenWater application and review software, and the Clowder mobile app. About our position We are seeking an experience sales-hunter professional. The goal of this position is to consistently attain an assigned revenue quota by selling ASI products and services to new clients within an assigned territory and vertical industry markets.

What you’ll be doing Successfully selling ASI products/services/programs to new business prospects in an assigned geographic and/or vertical industry area to consistently achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives. Working closely with potential clients and ASI resources to identify accurate project requirements. Providing follow-up with clients to ensure client satisfaction with products and/or services and promptly contacting the appropriate ASI staff or business partner to advise of any client concerns or problems so they can follow up and address as needed. Must be a “hunter” for new business opportunities through a multi-faceted approach, including cold-calling, networking, emails, webinars, in-person meetings and seminars. Collaborating with a team of sales support resources to gather, compile and coordinate highly professional product demonstrations, solution summaries, proposals, and all other sales deliverables or meetings. Performing demos with the assistance of sales engineers. Leading and delivering professional presentations to c-level executives on ASI products, services and programs. Maintaining a consistent pipeline level as defined by ASI to meet sales goals Creating, maintaining and submitting accurate, weekly pipeline building and forecast reports Keeping the ASI Sales System up to date with accurate sales processes completed or scheduled with specific key notes about the items discussed or voicemail messages left, meetings conducted, meetings planned. Working to continuously keep informed of company's products, services, policies and procedures to effectively perform sales activities and carry forward the vision of senior management Performing other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time. What we want you to have Bachelor's degree in relevant field or related experience. Demonstrated experience successfully selling B2B SaaS solutions, with experience selling an AMS or CMS, preferred Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and presentation skills required. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a sense of urgency for closing business. Experience developing a detailed written sales plan and executing it to exceed quota consistently. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills. Familiarity and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel) and sales software (e.g., Hubspot). Basic knowledge or working experience in the non-profit industry is a plus. What we

Compensation The compensation for this position is determined based on a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to an individual’s skill set, experience, training, certifications, education, geographical location, as well as business needs and internal equity. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $80,000- $100,000 base salary + variable compensation.
