About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Data and Analytics to lead the full lifecycle of its enterprise data and analytics capability. This includes developing and maintaining a data and analytics organization, driving a strategic shift to a modern, governed, insight-driven platform that supports decision-making across the enterprise. The successful candidate will be responsible for data strategy and transformation, data engineering, platform and governance, analytics, business intelligence, and AI/ML enablement. They will also be tasked with organizational leadership, people development, and financial, vendor, and stakeholder management. Candidates for the VP, Data and Analytics role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in data, analytics, or data engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position. Deep expertise in the modern data stack, including cloud data platforms, ETL/ELT tooling, and BI/visualization platforms, is essential. Experience in building and leading enterprise data governance programs, strong financial management skills, and exceptional executive communication are also required. While not mandatory, healthcare industry experience and familiarity with federal data requirements, including CUI handling and compliance, are highly valued. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in data or analytics transformation and the ability to manage large, multi-functional teams through organizational change.
