What you can expect from Bath Experts Training: Paid, on-the-job training with our lead installers Career Growth: Career advancement and growth potential including promotion to installer with sustained strong performance Tools Provided: All necessary tools, equipment, and material are supplied, including PPE and company clothing Growing Company: Join a rapidly growing company backed by the leading Jacuzzi brand in the bath remodeling industry Benefits: Full-time W2 employment with a generous benefits package including Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, Paid Time Off (including Paid Holidays and your Birthday Off!), and a 401(k) with 4% company match Consistent, year-round work What you will do Assist the Lead Installer with bath and shower installations Support daily job tasks including set up, demolition, clean up, loading/ unloading work truck, measuring and cutting materials, framing, and preparing the space for the install Learn and develop hands-on trade skills in carpentry, plumbing, and construction Help keep the company truck clean, organized, and stocked with all necessary equipment and materials Participate in team meetings and hands-on training sessions Deliver a high level of customer service to ensure a 5-star experience What you need to succeed Reliable attendance and punctuality Strong desire to learn a skilled trade and grow in the home improvement industry Relevant experience in construction, carpentry, remodeling, renovation, etc. is preferred Ability to accurately measure using basic tools (tape measure, level, etc) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Ability to routinely and safely lift/move items weighing over 50lbs Ability to use power tools as necessary Why Work at Bath & Cabinet Experts Bath & Cabinet Experts specializes in transforming bathrooms and kitchens through premium remodeling solutions.
