This full-time opportunity offers meaningful work within a supportive educational setting, directly assisting students with varying needs. You’ll provide vital mental health services, addressing both mild-to-moderate concerns and more significant support requirements as part of students’ IEPs. Key Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Active Colorado Department of Education Special Services Provider License with a Social Worker endorsement.
• Experience working in schools, particularly with special education populations, is highly valued.
• Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and the ability to tailor mental health support to each student.
• Flexibility to serve diverse mental health needs, including Affective Needs and Significant Support Needs caseloads.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
• Ability to fulfill time-sensitive credentialing requirements ahead of the assignment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect mental health services to high school students as specified in IEPs.
• Conduct assessments and create individualized plans to support emotional and behavioral needs.
• Work collaboratively with educators, families, and other specialists to deliver comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided and monitor student progress.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
