The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a highly organized and professional Administration Operations Coordinator to provide comprehensive support ensuring efficient day to day operations with the Data, Analytics and AI team supporting the Office of the Chief Data Officer (OCDO) United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) under the SCOPES (Southern Command Operations, Planning, and Engagement Support) contract. This position requires a unique blend of executive support, administrative management, and forward-thinking with a preference for candidates who have prior experience collaborating with military, civilian and contractor stakeholders and customers. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently with an expectation of anticipating client and team needs and taking initiative based on little or general guidance. This position requires a self-motivated professional, who can work independently with little direction and who consistently displays discernment, responsibility, and can handle confidential/sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities:

• Review current OCDO DAAI operational and administrative processes; identify, recommend and prioritize process modifications for management decision; implement and facilitate approved DAAI process changes
• Support the product management process by tracking all DAAI project timelines, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines and quality metrics are met; display meaningful authority over how work is executed to ensure timelines, deliverables, deadlines, and quality are met
• Act as a liaison between the client and internal/external stakeholders by managing and prioritizing incoming emails, requests, questions, and responding as appropriate in accordance with established processes
• Resolving significant issues without routine management approval
• Manage team calendars, appointments, and events/meetings from planning, logistics, agenda development to event facilitation support and after-action reporting
• Prepare, disseminate and publish meeting minutes, summaries, recordings, and other documents for internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare regular DAAI reports and metrics on team accomplishments and trends for management
• Design, draft and publish materials to socialize trainings, events, process changes, new tool/applications, changes to tools/applications
• Organize and maintain filing systems and communication channels on portals and MS Teams
• Assist with special projects and research as needed
• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
• Anticipate client, customer, and team needs and take proactive actions in implementation
  Qualifications:
  Required:

• BA/BS in related field, or 3 years of direct work experience may replace education requirement
• SECRET clearance or ability to obtain a SECRET clearance
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• Experience managing complex project schedules and deliverables
• Proactive problem-solver with a talent for anticipating client, customer and team needs
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay Range :

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$58,000-$115,900
