Residents in our facilities have access to individualized services that match their changing health needs, including Independent Living Apartments, Assisted Living, Short-term rehab, Long-term nursing, bariatric, Alzheimer’s, and dementia care. Our focus is on helping residents safely return home whenever possible, supported by a full-time team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists at each nursing facility. The skilled nursing and rehabilitative teams work to restore every resident to their highest level of activity and independence, fostering a supportive environment for residents, families, and team members. Role Description The Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Lafayette, LA, responsible for promoting Paramount Healthcare Consultants’ facilities and services to prospective residents, families, referral sources, and community partners. On a day-to-day basis, this role develops and implements marketing strategies, coordinates outreach campaigns, and manages digital and traditional marketing materials that reflect the company’s values and service offerings. The Marketing Specialist conducts market research, tracks local trends, and analyzes campaign performance to support census growth and brand awareness. This position collaborates closely with facility leadership, clinical teams, and admissions staff to ensure consistent messaging, responsive customer service, and strong community relationships. The role also includes attending events, building referral networks, and maintaining accurate reports and documentation of marketing activities. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear writing, professional presentation, and effective interpersonal collaboration. Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze local demographics, identify opportunities, and design targeted campaigns. Candidates should possess Sales and Customer Service skills to build relationships with referral sources, respond to inquiries, and support a positive experience for residents and families. Candidates should possess general Marketing skills, such as basic digital marketing, social media coordination, and management of promotional materials. Relevant qualifications include experience in healthcare or senior living marketing, familiarity with long-term care services, and strong organizational and time-management abilities.
