Details Work in the Interventional Radiology unit covering Neuro IR, Vascular IR, and General IR cases 12-hour day shifts, 3 days per week, 36 hours per week Night and weekend call required Requirements Active RN license issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing or current multistate compact RN license (eNLC) Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association required upon hire ACLS certification from the American Heart Association required within 6 months of hire Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program required Minimum of one year of relevant experience required Ability to function independently in the assigned specialty area following orientation Additional Information Provide nursing care to an assigned group of patients in a specialty procedural setting Assist physicians with examinations and minor diagnostic procedures and treatments Administer medications and initiate, regulate, and monitor IV infusions and blood products Communicate care plans with patients and families throughout hospitalization and at discharge Oversee treatment provided by technicians and other service providers and delegate tasks to support staff Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be considered Returning workers may extend only once for a total of 26 weeks, after which a 6-month separation is required before reapplying Compliance requirements including background checks and drug screening must begin immediately upon booking, with strict adherence to deadlines American Traveler Job ID P-748865.
