How you will impact Smurfit Westrock Develop new business prospects into viable opportunities Meet with potential clients and partners to understand their unique challenges Collaborate across the Smurfit WestRock enterprise to prepare, coordinate, and conduct complex technical presentations to key decision makers Negotiate long term partnership agreements Ensure successful solution implementation with effective coordination of internal teams delivering the best solution to the customer Continue growing the business by managing difficult customer situations and forging strong partnerships Attend trade shows and represent Smurfit Westrock Box on Demand products in the marketplace Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Driven to succeed: shows initiative and determination to drive results and thrives in a fast paced/high volume environment Proven aptitude for understanding manufacturing and fulfillment environments Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Exceptional presentation skills that captivate and engage Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficient user of Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, and AutoCAD (highly preferred) Travel Requirements Willingness to travel extensively by air or car (50%).
