If you can read a complex print, dial in a program, and prove out tight‑tolerance features, we want to hear from you. As a Precision Mill/Turn CNC Setup Specialist, you’ll help produce top‑quality medical instruments and implants—safely, accurately, and on schedule.

Could this be you?

• Do you excel at setting up, changing over, and optimizing mill‑turn machines?
• Can you troubleshoot and debug CNC programs, adjust offsets, and perform tool changes with confidence?
• Are you comfortable performing burr removal and using finishing tools to meet exact specifications?
• Do you interpret blueprints, inspection check sheets, and work instructions without hesitation?
• Will you perform in‑process and final inspections using calipers, micrometers, height stands, comparators, and more?
• Are you fluent in ERP and machine monitoring systems to manage work orders, production tracking, and electronic quality documentation?
• Do you enjoy driving continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, and on‑time delivery?

Work schedule

2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM -or- 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM

Minimum requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; advanced technical training is a plus.
• At least 3 years of machining experience in precision manufacturing; CNC mill‑turn work strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to set up, troubleshoot, and operate multi‑axis CNC equipment.
• Proficiency in GD&T and Blueprint Reading .
